Pending compliance review
A mortgage lender collects sensitive financial information, which brings Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act privacy notice requirements into play on top of the usual website privacy disclosures. This is not a page to write from a template, so it was not written here. Open item 9.
Two build constraints for later: Heirloom Wealth runs a cookie consent banner and this site should use the same pattern, and any advertising pixel added here has to be reflected in the policy before it goes on the site, not after.
